Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s with 3 years – OR – PhD with 1 year.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance, with SCI access.
• Experience in contracts, proposals, business management or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with the customer for contractual issues.
• Monitor contract and program to ensure contractual obligations are communicated and understood.
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, administration and customer contract activities.
• Review terms and conditions addressing financial terms, delivery, IP, termination, indemnification, and risks.
• Prepare and manage written communications for assigned contractual matters.
• Enter and maintain contract data into systems; ensure timely delivery of deliverables and invoices.
