Job summary

Inframark, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions Company, seeks an experienced Contract Specialist to support contract administration and negotiations across customer, supplier, and subcontractor agreements.

The role collaborates with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Legal to ensure compliant, timely execution and documentation of contracts. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in contract administration, management, procurement or related field.
• Experience negotiating commercial, service, vendor or construction-related contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand contract documents to align with objectives and standards.
• Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and escalate as needed.
• Review subcontract provisions for alignment with proposals and specs.
• Track contract status through review, negotiation, and approval.
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve mutually acceptable terms.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contract language with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized contract files in contract management systems.
• Assist with insurance certificates, bonding requests, and related docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
