Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Procurement Buyer to support project teams with planning, sourcing, expediting, and supplier evaluation to meet commitments. This role reports to the Procurement Manager and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across logistics, finance, and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business or supply chain and 4+ years of purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field or4+ years of purchasing experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assertive, self-motivated, goal and result driven.

Responsibilities

• Understand material requirements and lead times with project teams.
• Create and manage purchase orders, track status, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of order details, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Assist with quality issues or returns when necessary.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, and operations.
