OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle for designated physician practices. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Contract Management and is remote with some travel to major airports.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of healthcare contracting experience, including Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer knowledge, plus proficiency with contract management software and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospital/clinic/physician practice or healthcare contracting.
• Experience negotiating physician contracts and understanding healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assists in contract analysis and performance evaluation for assigned physician practices.
• Develops payer strategies and business goals with leadership for markets.
• Leads payer negotiations, manages templates and approval processes across multiple negotiations.
• Ensures accuracy of contract documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and educate practice stakeholders on payer-related subjects and tools.
