Job summary

Electronic Data, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of complex infrastructure, aviation, and facility projects in the Los Angeles area.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and regulatory compliance while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relations in active operational environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, engineering, construction management, or related infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing complex capital improvement, transportation, aviation, utility, facility, or public infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project delivery in active operational environments preferred.
• Experience with public-sector projects, alternative delivery methods, and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish project goals, scope, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, execution strategies, and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with client goals, operational requirements, and business needs.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and successful delivery outcomes.
