• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery.
• Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligations.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims.
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Support bid processes and contract renewals as needed.
