You will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, coordinating with project teams, tracking performance and deadlines, identifying risks, maintaining records, and supporting renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear and enforceable.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support delivery.
• Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce deadlines and obligations.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims.
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Support bid processes and contract renewals as needed.
