Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in contract management.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Experience in construction, facility management, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts to ensure clarity and enforceability.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery.
• Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce deadlines and obligations.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolving disputes and claims proactively.
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Support bid processes and contract renewals as needed.
