Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Legal experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply procurement strategies to maximize value and support business objectives.
• Apply supply chain techniques to maximize value and ensure best practices.
• Understand standard terms and conditions in service agreements to manage risk.
• Negotiate agreement terms, conditions, and strategic pricing for services.
• Ensure continuity of supply through adherence to Procurement policies.
• Develop bid lists and bid packages for services with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for cost, quality, and schedule.
• Provide procurement recommendations based on evaluations.
• Assist internal/external customers to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.
• Follow Kinder Morgan Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
