Job summary

Adient US LLC seeks a continuous improvement leader at the Avanzar San Antonio Facility. Drive value-stream optimization, identify BBP gaps, and lead cross-functional teams through DMAIC and Lean projects to implement bold, measurable changes.

You will coach CI practitioners from Black Belts to Green Belts, develop the department road map, and ensure timely delivery of savings, quality, and compliance goals while balancing internal efficiency with customer-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI projects using DMAIC.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and Best-in-Class practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in BBP metrics and implement improvement strategy.
• Assess current state of value streams and develop future state vision.
• Coach CI team and belt practitioners on DMAIC milestones.
• Develop CI Roadmap balancing internal efficiency and customer-focused projects.
• Deliver annual CI goals for plant/department.
