Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Content Valuation to support its DETV valuation efforts. Based in Burbank, CA, you will own quarterly content valuations and deliver data‑driven insights from large data sets to inform management decisions across domestic and international markets.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners in Legal, Finance, Controllership and Global Content Sales, building strong stakeholder relationships while applying advanced financial modelling

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, mathematics, economics, or other quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or related business field.
• Self-starter, resourceful, flexible, proactive, and willing to pitch in wherever needed;
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and partner across all levels of management.
• Experience with large data sets and analytical tools with a demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Disney+ valuations for TV content worldwide and domestic valuations across media platforms.
• Curate and synthesize large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Own the delivery of quarterly content valuations and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
• Review and refine valuation structures and streamline processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc analyses and collaborate with finance stakeholders to improve efficiencies.
