Job summary

Nomura Asset Management seeks a Head of Content Marketing and Communications to shape and execute an integrated content and communications strategy across the firm. You will elevate brand narrative, translate market insights into client-focused content, and coordinate with investment, product, and distribution teams worldwide.

You will oversee thought leadership, media relations, and executive communications while driving a cohesive content ecosystem for clients and financial advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content strategy, or media relations within financial services or asset management.
• Proven leadership in integrated marketing and communications teams covering content, media, and digital channels.
• Experience designing content ecosystems for modern discovery and distribution, including AI-driven platforms.
• Deep understanding of asset management and institutional/wealth management audiences.
• Ability to translate complex investment insights into clear, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the firm’s content marketing and communications strategy.
• Establish investment narratives and thematic campaigns aligned with insights and priorities.
• Oversee thought leadership, investment commentary, education and client-facing content across channels.
• Lead internal and external communications and media relations strategy.
• Manage media relations and agency partners to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with investment, product, and distribution teams to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Drive distribution and amplification across digital channels, social media, and client platforms.
• Build and lead a high-performing, global content and communications team.
