Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Content Development to lead content initiatives across thought leadership, executive communications, and market messaging. You will translate complex topics into compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders, elevating brand and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, English, PR, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in strategic content, thought leadership, executive communications, corporate communications, or professional services marketing.
• Experience in consulting, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or related professional services.
• Experience developing thought leadership programs.
• Experience using generative AI for ideation and research; auditing AI-generated copy for accuracy.
• Proven ability to write for senior executives and subject matter experts.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation storytelling.
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute content initiatives aligned with business priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead creation of thought leadership content: articles, white papers, reports, blogs, executive commentaries.
• Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions for sectors, services, and corporate.
• Shape presentations and speeches for executives; translate complex topics into clear visuals.
• Collaborate with marketers, SMEs, and clients to ensure consistent brand voice and quality.
