Job summary

Responsibilities include assessing controls, developing testing standards, reporting results, supporting regulatory changes, and coordinating with second-line risk.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills; adapt to audiences at all levels.
• Up-to-date knowledge of consumer regulations and trends in banking.
• Design and documentation of procedures and controls for repeatable processes.
• Experience with both traditional and digital banking products.

Responsibilities

• Assess controls frameworks across consumer payments/deposits and recommend improvements.
• Guide control improvements to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
• Develop or enhance control testing standards and monitoring programs.
• Create and maintain reporting of testing results and risk projects for management.
• Support changes due to new legislation/regulations or new products; implement monitoring.
