Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, Business Administration, or related technical field with ~15+ years of experience.
Experience scheduling $50M+ projects in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
Proficient in gathering, maintaining, reporting, and analyzing schedule data.
Valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule projects from concept through engineering and construction.
Create and update schedules at milestones and as scopes change.
Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
Manage resources, risks, and schedule changes; track performance.
Engage with Owner, GC, AE, subs, and suppliers; present reports.
Identify improvements and optimize construction workflows.
