Job summary

CONCRETE STRATEGIES is seeking a Schedule Specialist to support high-value construction projects exceeding $50,000,000. This role involves developing, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules, collaborating with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate updates and milestone tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

This position is based in St. Louis, prioritizing local candidates, but consideration may extend to other locations if needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, project controls, or scheduling‑related roles.
• Basic understanding of construction sequencing, project lifecycle, field operations, and schedule logic.
• Ability to manage schedule updates and reporting deadlines.
