• 2–5 years in construction, project controls, or scheduling roles.
• Experience scheduling concrete construction projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate schedules from external partners (GCs/JVs).
• Strong attention to detail and schedule logic understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, updating, and reporting of project schedules for high‑value projects over $50,000,000.
• Build and maintain internal schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate Primavera P6 schedules from external stakeholders and align with internal plans.
• Regularly update progress based on field inputs and milestones.
• Communicate schedule changes and risks to teams and leadership.
