Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead and grow our central Minnesota team from Mora or Sauk Rapids offices. This role focuses on procurement, client relations, and strategic project alignment with long-term company goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong PM leadership background in commercial construction, excellent negotiation and organizational skills, and a track record of driving profitability and project success.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Required: BS in Construction Management or similar
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
• 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years PM leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and Gross Margin of the Project Management Team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to win more opportunities.
• Procure projects aligning with 1, 3, and 10-year goals, manage bid awareness to award process.
• Coach and develop PM team to maximize efficiencies.
• Lead project teams through issues such as contractual conflicts and schedule delays.
• Attend Kick-Off and Close-Out meetings to ensure proper information dissemination and documentation.
• Coordinate with COO on project feedback and coordination.
