Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from concept to closeout.
• Manage scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and design coordination.
• Provide leadership to project teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Review contracts, change orders, and consultant agreements.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, schedule, and scope; address issues proactively.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support site selection, permitting, and due diligence as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety and strong project documentation.
