Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain tracking system for general contractor materials with weekly reports.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and secure favorable terms to improve profitability.
• Issue and manage purchase orders for hospitality and commercial construction projects.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply chain challenges proactively.
• Track material costs and reconcile project budgets using procurement tools.
• Source and vet subcontractors and assist with scope buyouts as needed.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and coordinate delivery with site teams.
