Caliber Novaa in California seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial retail and civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, partnering with superintendents to drive on-time, on-budget results while upholding safety and quality standards. Travel to CA/OR sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable commercial construction experience.
• Proven project-management experience on retail or civil construction.
• Strong client-facing and subcontractor-management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• PMP certification and OSHA training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial retail and civil projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with Superintendent for field operations and safety.
• Develop and monitor project milestones and financial performance.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project records and support policy development.
