Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Leader to oversee multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will drive planning, resource allocation, and team development while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to meet contractual objectives and achieve performance targets. Emphasis on continuous improvement and risk management will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PgMP or industry credential preferred.
• 7+ years leading construction projects or programs with budget and schedule accountability.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience applying lean techniques and risk management in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple construction projects to meet safety, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop plans, allocate resources, and coach project managers and teams for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage contract terms, vendor relations, and risk with customers and partners.
• Lead pre-job planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Monitor budgets, conduct monthly financial reviews, and adjust operations using lean methods.
