Job summary

A construction management company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/OAR II to oversee all project phases for educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in construction management and a strong background in coordinating large-scale projects over $20M. Responsibilities include budget management, project oversight, and ensuring compliance with district standards. A valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of professional experience in Construction and/or Project Management.
• Five years coordinating complex projects valued over $20M.
• Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of assigned projects.
• Plan and prepare reports regarding project status.
• Monitor project budget and ensure it reflects project status.
• Oversee daily contractor activities and schedule.
