Job summary

Kimmel Associates seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead strategic direction and operational performance across assigned business units. You will oversee complex construction projects, mentor leaders, and act as a trusted partner to high-profile clients to deliver on time and on budget.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure top-tier project outcomes while representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership of large projects or business units.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational performance at a business unit level.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
• Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events as needed.
