Qualifications

• Proficiency in estimating software (Timberline, UScost, WinEst)

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify construction elements for pricing
• Enter quantities into pricing software
• Provide initial data for pricing in Commence/estimating systems
• Coordinate with Contracts to identify insurance requirements
• Develop bid proposals and related documentation
• Prepare baseline project schedules and cash flow estimates
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and support operations post-award
• Communicate with clients to overcome obstacles and secure contracts
• Assist project team with transitioning from bid to execution
• Incorporate safety and OSHA considerations into estimates
