Job summary

FourSeasons Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman for projects across East Tennessee and Chattanooga. You will lead on‑site plumbing teams, ensure safety, quality, and code compliance, and deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires hands‑on plumbing expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and clients. A Tennessee focus and Procore familiarity are preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands‑on plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems to oversee work and ensure correct installation and functionality.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead plumbing work for commercial projects.
• Oversee labor to maximize productivity and safety and ensure code compliance.
• Daily completion and submission of Daily Logs through Procore.
• Maintain/control of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Participate in site meetings and interact with inspectors and/or client in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and company regulations.
