Reede Construction, Inc. in Aberdeen, SD seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations for a growing heavy civil contractor. You will align operations, field leadership, estimating, scheduling, safety, and quality around a unified strategy from the President & CEO.

The ideal candidate combines senior leadership, financial discipline, and systems thinking, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and scalable processes. Relocation to Aberdeen is required.

Formación

• Significant senior leadership experience within construction, heavy civil, infrastructure, or comparable project-driven environment.
• Proven responsibility for leading complex multi-department operations.
• Demonstrated success improving construction operations, profitability, productivity, or project execution.
• Strong understanding of construction management, field operations, scheduling, estimating, cost control, equipment utilization, safety, and quality.
• Experience managing and developing senior leaders, managers, project teams, and field leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to Aberdeen, South Dakota area.

• Develop operating strategies that improve margins while maintaining strong customer outcomes.
