Medium is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations and oversee accounting functions in Fort Worth, Texas. You will partner with executive teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in accounting with leadership responsibility, preferably in construction or a project-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, percentage-of-completion accounting, and construction financial practices.
• Experience with project-based accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations of the construction business, overseeing accounting functions.
• Manage the full accounting life cycle, including general ledger and job cost accounting.
• Collaborate with project teams on monitoring budgets and analyzing cost variances.
