Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Category Manager – Construction to lead strategic category management, negotiations, and purchases for the organization. You will manage contracts with Construction, Architectural, and MEP providers, aligning supplier bases with internal partner needs.

You will build and execute multi-year strategies, oversee indirect procurement processes, and partner with regional and global teams to improve productivity and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and coaching AIA or similar construction industry contracts.
• Experience negotiating Construction Contractors, Architectural firms, and MEP suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for creating, negotiating, and managing Construction, Architectural, and MEP contracts for internal partners.
• Develop multi-year strategy, execute indirect procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
