JF Petroleum Group seeks a seasoned Specialty Buyer to support construction, service and installation projects. You will determine sourcing methods, prepare purchase orders, and coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure materials arrive on schedule.

In this role you will manage ERP-based purchasing, track orders, and collaborate across warehousing, accounts payable and engineers to resolve issues and optimize inventory. Strong Excel/ERP skills are required.

Competenze

• Highschool Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for quality.
• General knowledge of purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Uses economic analysis to determine best sourcing method and procurement approach.
• Prepares purchase orders and coordinates with staging locations; negotiates costs with vendors and project teams.
• Ensures materials are staged and delivered by the customer-requested date.
• Issues purchase orders and tracks them in ERP; coordinates with vendors, PMs and engineers.
• Participates in weekly ops calls and provides inventory status updates.
• Supports warehousing, carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinates with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
• Manages urgent parts requests to ensure rapid delivery.
• Works with Staging Warehouse to ensure on-time shipping and accurate invoicing of materials.
• Creates warehouse shipments and bills inventory to customers.
