Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, construction, project management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and project lifecycle.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience or connections within construction, industrial, civil, engineering, or development fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with project owners, clients, developers, engineers, architects, and other industry professionals.
• Identify upcoming construction, industrial, infrastructure, and development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and identify solutions.
• Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and project management teams to evaluate and pursue opportunities.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Represent the company professionally throughout the business and construction community.
• Stay informed about market activity and industry trends.
