Job summary

Connected Logistics in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst, Intermediate to support the full software development lifecycle. You will develop requirements, design systems, and help manage databases and deployments across environments.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in a technical field, 10+ years of experience, and familiarity with Oracle EBS, BPMN/UML, and Agile methods. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and federal contracting exposure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline; 10+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
• Proficient in business process modeling (BPMN/UML) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, ERP, or custom application development.
• Must possess a favorable Tier 3 (T3) Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion.
• Define specifications for complex software applications and modify existing ones.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Provide operating system and data management support for large systems.
• Support all phases of software systems programming and validate solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and UX designers on functional specs.
• Assist in system configuration, data mapping, and integration planning.
