Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a Compressor Maintenance Lead in Dallas, TX. You will provide technical leadership for the compressor maintenance team, supervise field technicians, and ensure high-quality maintenance of multi-stage compressors and high-pressure systems across the region.

The role requires hands-on experience, CAD familiarity, and knowledge of EAM software. You will coordinate tooling, spare parts, and field service logistics while upholding safety and Airgas standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in high-pressure compressor maintenance and operation.
• Familiarity with EAM software (SAP/Intelex) and diagnostic software for vibration analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CAD and related computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site supervision for multi-stage compressor overhauls and mentor technicians.
• Lead hands-on maintenance and overhauls for high-pressure systems.
• Review maintenance logs to ensure repairs meet Airgas standards and requirements.
• Serve as technical lead for new technology validation and field performance analysis.
• Provide diagrams for regulatory compliance and implement best practices for region.
