Job summary

Airgas in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Compressor Maintenance Lead to provide on-site technical leadership for the maintenance team, ensuring high-quality execution of scheduled and predictive maintenance on multi-stage, high‑pressure compressors.

You will supervise hands-on overhauls, mentor technicians, ensure logs and repairs meet Airgas standards, and coordinate tooling, parts, and field logistics to keep operations ready and efficient.

Qualifications

• An associate’s Degree in Mechanical field (preferred)
• At least three (3) years hands on experience in high pressure compressor maintenance and operation
• Require familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software (SAP/Intelex) and specialized diagnostic software for vibration analysis

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of compressor maintenance team and supervise on-site work
• Lead multi-stage compressor overhauls and high-pressure system maintenance
• Ensure maintenance logs and repairs meet Airgas standards
