Job summary

AltaMed seeks a Lead Compliance professional to guide the execution of our Compliance Program priorities and strategies, partnering with departmental leaders to ensure compliant operations and measurable results.

The role includes mentoring Compliance Consultants, developing analytics, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet state and federal requirements, while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management, including program performance improvement and adherence to Federal, State, and local healthcare laws.
• Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the execution of the Compliance Program priorities and strategies.
• Mentor and coach Compliance Consultants and guide departmental processes.
• Build analytics and reporting structures for ongoing measurement and monitoring.
• Collaborate with staff and management across departments to meet requirements.
