Job summary

SCAN Group is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead administration, strategy, and technology-enabled enhancements for Medicare Advantage and regulatory operations. You will partner with compliance, operations, and technology teams to strengthen program maturity and efficiency.

The role emphasizes translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans, leading cross-functional initiatives, and leveraging analytics to improve oversight and analytics reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years in healthcare compliance or regulatory operations.
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements, coordinating UAT, and supporting system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support compliance program administration activities to strengthen maturity and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, analytics, and AI to improve program effectiveness.
• Coordinate regulatory implementation and change management with stakeholders across functions.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable implementation plans and technology-enabled solutions.
