Job summary

Atlas Group seeks a Senior Corporate Compliance Manager to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and ethics programs. You will monitor regulatory developments, advise executive leadership, and coordinate internal audits and investigations to mitigate legal and financial risk.

Ideal candidates have aerospace/defense exposure or other regulated industries, with ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS, and CMMC/NIST knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
• Strong familiarity with government contracting and security frameworks.
• Preferred MBA/JD and professional certifications (e.g., CCEP) are highly desirable.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense or other highly regulated industries is valued.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS, and CMMC/NIST SP 800-171 as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs aligned with global regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide data-driven impact assessments and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.
• Standardize corporate policies and promote a culture of ethical conduct and accountability.
• Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training for employees across the enterprise.
• Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and investigations with audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee mapping and control integration in ERP, QMS, and PLM environments.
• Support trade/export compliance requirements through enterprise controls and processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify risk metrics and deliver executive dashboards and reporting.
