Job summary

My Funded Futures is seeking a Compliance Officer - Business Conduct to design and manage a comprehensive conduct program across marketing, sales, and customer interactions. You will partner with marketing, product, risk, and legal to embed compliance into daily workflows and protect the firm's reputation.

Responsibilities include building policies, overseeing disclosures, and handling investigations related to advertising claims, affiliate networks, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or risk roles.
• Experience with advertising review, consumer protection standards, and FTC guidance.
• Familiarity with futures/derivatives markets and trading product marketing.
• Ability to build and scale conduct programs in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the business conduct program, including the code of conduct, conflicts of interest policy, personal trading, and handling of confidential or material non-public information.
• Develop policies, monitoring routines, and escalation paths proportionate to the firm's size and pace.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for conduct questions from employees, contractors, and partners.
• Partner with People Operations on conduct-related investigations and disciplinary outcomes.
• Review marketing and sales content for compliance across paid media, organic channels, email, web, and in-product messaging.
• Set standards for disclosures, substantiation of earnings claims, and affiliate/influencer oversight.
