Job summary

QXO is seeking a Legal Operations professional to support the Legal Department in Employment and Compliance matters, including the internal whistleblower program. The role emphasizes discretion, data handling, and process improvement in a fast‑growing environment.

You will manage internal platforms, coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel, and help implement policy initiatives, training records, and incident responses across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• 3+ years supporting employment litigation, compliance, or related matters.
• 2+ years in data management and analytics with reporting experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion, and judgment.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with discovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal compliance programs and whistleblower processes.
• Support employment-related matters, including intake and tracking of investigations.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations with data analytics support.
• Draft and organize employment documents and template agreements.
• Maintain policy documents, training records, and workflow playbooks.
• Coordinate with IT and outside counsel on legal holds and data collection.
• Assist with litigation documentation, deadlines, and matter files.
• Support risk management and insurance documentation processes.
