Larson Maddox is seeking a strategic Compliance Leader to guide the company’s regulatory program in the pharmaceutical sector. You will partner with Legal, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other functions to build scalable policies, training, and monitoring programs that drive ethical compliance across the organization.

• JD and active bar membership
• 10+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory experience in pharma/biotech/medical device
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, including fraud and abuse laws
• Experience supporting commercial organizations and building or scaling compliance programs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic compliance leader and trusted advisor to commercial and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the organization.
• Provide guidance on healthcare laws and regulations, including interactions with healthcare professionals and commercial activities.
• Lead compliance monitoring, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other functions to foster a culture of ethics and compliance.
