Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego (Remote to a degree) seeks an Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence to drive objective, timely insights that inform decision-making across the organization.

You will monitor the external landscape, develop landscape assessments, track clinical and regulatory developments, and lead intelligence activities for major scientific congresses, collaborating with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma, CI, or related functions.
• Ability to lead CI projects independently and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor external environment for scientific, regulatory, commercial developments relevant to Travere's portfolio.
• Develop and maintain competitive landscape assessments and competitor profiles.
• Lead CI activities for major scientific and medical congresses, including planning and post-congress analyses.
• Synthesize information from literature, clinical trials, regulatory filings, and disclosures into clear insights.
• Prepare concise CI reports, presentations, and recurring updates for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain CI repositories and knowledge management resources.
