Job summary
Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence to generate timely, objective intelligence across our portfolio. You will monitor the external landscape, synthesize scientific and business information, and deliver high-quality insights that support informed decision-making.
The role focuses on competitive intelligence, strategic analysis, congress planning, knowledge management, and external landscape monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in biotech/pharma CI, scientific strategy, medical/commercial strategy, or related functions.
- Experience leading CI projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Monitor external environment for scientific, regulatory, commercial developments relevant to Travere's portfolio.
- Develop competitive landscape assessments, asset and company profiles, trial trackers and timelines.
- Lead CI activities for major congresses including pre-/post-congress analyses.
- Synthesize information from literature, trials, regulators, disclosures, and investor materials.
