Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years in compensation, OR high school/GED and at least 7 years of experience in compensation.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead comprehensive compensation strategies.
• Act as a primary compensation advisor to HR and Finance teams.
• Prepare and present compensation reports for leadership.
