You will partner across the organization to align pay practices with business goals and market realities, acting as a trusted advisor on data-driven decisions and policy development.

You will lead salary structures, job leveling, annual compensation planning, ensure compliance, and support retention and engagement aligned with AV's strategy.

Qualifications

• BS degree in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• CCP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain salary structures, job leveling, and internal pay frameworks.
• Design policies for base pay, bonuses, long-term incentives, and promotions.
• Lead annual compensation planning for the assigned business group.
• Advise on compensation decisions affecting hiring, retention, and workforce planning.
• Conduct market benchmarking and internal pay equity reviews.
