Job summary

TD in New York is seeking a Compensation Advisor II to manage day-to-day relationships with partners and lead customized total rewards solutions aligned to business strategy. Interface with HR partners, Finance, and Governance to provide advisory on complex total rewards requests and incentive plans.

Role requires strong analytical skills, experience in modeling and forecasting, and ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of related compensation experience.
  • Strong consulting, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to model, review data and present findings to senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive recommendations.
  • Ability to lead modeling and stress-testing for design purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver Total Rewards solutions.
  • Align compensation programs with enterprise principles and objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end activities for the assigned portfolio, including advisory and design.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pay and talent attraction.
  • Perform complex modeling, forecasting and plan health monitoring.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and program design.
