Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, health care, real estate or hospitality.
• Excellent written and conversational skills and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Yardi, etc.).
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver census and drive occupancy growth through engagement and referrals.
• Drive external business development to generate brand awareness and relationships.
• Manage lead follow up and progression through the sales cycle.
• Oversee the resident move-in process from start to finish.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to guide efforts.
• Coordinate and participate in community events to build market awareness, including weekends during pre/post opening.
