Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; develops work schedules; approves processes and staff concerns; trains staff.
• Organizes, prioritizes, and assigns work; ensures resources; monitors progress; provides reports to management.
• Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates community engagement and small business initiatives; aligns with priorities.
• Builds partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies; facilitates access to services and opportunities.
• Develops outreach strategies; promotes participation in programs and services; conducts meetings and events.
