Job summary

Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Community Engagement Administrator to lead outreach strategy, partnerships, and campus engagement across students, faculty and staff. You will foster community relationships and coordinate service opportunities while aligning with the College’s mission and values.

The role reports to the Director, Office of Community and Cultural Engagement and oversees programs impacting 200+ staff, 1,200 students, and 8,000 alumni.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Two+ years of related community engagement experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Professional, courteous and collaborative demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and enhancement of outreach efforts.
• Develop and implement a cohesive college-wide strategy for partnerships.
• Coordinate service and volunteer opportunities for students, faculty, staff.
• Increase engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee programming with 200+ employees, 1,200 students, and 8,000 alumni.
