Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE, is seeking a community-focused educator to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs for nursing and allied health students within the Division of Diversity and Community Partnerships.

The role coordinates community clinical education with didactic instruction, builds partnerships with community sites, supports program marketing and enrollment goals, and ensures compliance with accreditation standards while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• MSN required; DNP within 2 years preferred.
• MSN must be obtained within 2 years; DNP preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; project management and data analysis preferred.
• Current RN license; BLS preferred; compact license acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning: Identify and plan educational needs; ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance; build community partnerships and expand services.
• Teaching: Deliver engaging instruction; develop learning objectives; collaborate with faculty.
• Clinical Coordination: Coordinate clinical education with didactic content; maintain records; visit sites.
• Customer Service/Communication: Provide exceptional service; communicate with leadership and stakeholders; resolve conflicts.
• Service to College and Community: Participate in committees; support marketing, recruitment, and enrollment goals.
