The IAN Center for the Future of Learning (CFL) is seeking a strategic Communications & Storytelling Lead to shape how CFL shares its mission, ideas, people, and impact with the field. This hands-on leadership role owns CFL’s communications strategy and serves as writer, storyteller, content creator, and producer.

The Lead will translate CFL’s work into clear narratives to build visibility, engagement, and influence across diverse audiences.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, storytelling, marketing, brand, journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies.

Mansioni

• Own CFL’s communications strategy and annual priorities in partnership with senior leadership.
• Write, edit, and produce a significant portion of CFL’s content across channels.
• Attend events and convenings to capture stories, quotes, and moments in real time.
• Develop accessible narratives translating complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Manage the content workflow from idea to publication and measure impact.
